One Bed Room: $210usd per night + cleaning fee $100usd + 9% hotel tax
2BR / 3BR: $325usd per night + cleaning fee $200usd + 9% hotel tax
High Season: January 2nd-April 30th
One Bed Room: $240usd per night + cleaning fee $100usd + 9% hotel tax
2BR / 3BR: $375usd per night + cleaning fee $200usd + 9% hotel tax
Peak Season: December 20th-January 1st
One Bed Room: $310usd per night + cleaning fee $100usd + 9% hotel tax
2BR / 3BR: $485 per night + cleaning fee $200usd + 9% hotel tax
Occupancy
One bedrooms are based on a 2 person occupancy.
Additional Guests are $30usd per night.
2BR / 3BR units are based on a 4 person occupancy.
Additional Guests are $30usd per night.
Payment
First payment to confirm booking is 50%
Second payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 60 days of stay must be paid in full.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made 61 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee and any applicable credit card or banking fees.
Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental cost, also minus a $100 cancellation fee and applicable fees.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival.
If a hurricane watch or warning has been issued for any portion of your stay (through November 15), your reservation can be rebooked , for the same condo, based on availability for up to one year from your original reservation date. No refunds.
