Jason Malloy: Manager/ Concierge

Originally from the north east USA, Jason came to the island for 2 days and has lived here for 13 years now. He started working at SBR as the property manager in 2021. He joined the rental program a year later and loves spending time with guests. He's happy to share his knowledge of the island and help make your trip unforgetable.

Chapin Garcia: Caretaker

Chapin has been the caretaker for Sunset Beach for over 25 years. He is the heart and soul of what makes this place so special. Take some time to say hello and hear some great stories about Belize!

Janet Perez: Head Housekeeper

Our incredible housekeeper has dedicated 18 years of faithful service at SBR. Her hard work ensures our rooms are spotless, she keeps meticulous inventory of household items, and treats each place as her own. Her kindness and dedication truly make our community shine.
